Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Allegheny Health Network. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in evaluating and treating patients with injuries or diseases resulting in loss of physical or functional abilities.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with patients, families, and other members of the healthcare team. A strong background in physical therapy techniques and skills is essential, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Patient Evaluation and Treatment: Conduct thorough assessments of patient conditions, establish goals, and develop plans of care that are tailored to individual needs.
• Therapy Interventions: Perform standard and specialized physical therapy techniques and skills as necessary for patient recovery and rehabilitation.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and optimize treatment outcomes.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Certifications: State licensure as a Physical Therapist or eligibility to obtain.
• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or related field.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of physical therapy principles and techniques, effective communication and interpersonal skills.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
