Overview

Cohen & Company is a leading provider of assurance, tax, and advisory services to clients across the U.S. and worldwide. We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Senior Manager to join our Private Client Services team.

Responsibilities
  • Lead client and billable tasks, ensuring client support throughout the year
  • Assist with managing multiple clients and engagements, including managing client expectations, ensuring client satisfaction, meeting deadlines, and leading change efforts effectively
  • Create a strong partnership with engagement teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Support and manage core Private Client Services Tax functions and additional responsibilities/projects as requested
  • Interact closely with clients to provide innovative tax planning, consulting, and compliance expertise
  • Work closely with partners and staff on client management, practice development, and business development activities
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • CPA or JD required
  • 5-10 years of progressive experience at a public accounting firm
  • Knowledge and previous experience working within Private Client Services taxation, including C-Corps, S-Corps, Partnerships, Individuals, and Tax research
