Brand Ambassador and Client Liaison

We are a consulting sales and marketing firm that specializes in helping our clients maximize profitability and brand exposure.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing our marketing and sales directives and serving as the face and voice of our brand.
Your primary objectives will include:
- Providing expert product knowledge to customers and educating them on their desired product inquiries
- Researching target markets to identify new and existing customers and bolster our sales pipeline
- Communicating the features and benefits of specific products/services based on individualized customer needs
- Overcoming objections throughout the sales process and addressing customer questions promptly and professionally
- Maintaining excellent communication with customers and responding effectively to account inquiries
- Attending regular product training sessions with other team members and upper-level management
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales is highly recommended
- Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills
- A strong desire for growth and knowledge
- Impeccable time management skills and a superior work ethic
- A positive and professional demeanor while working with colleagues and customers
The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000, depending on location and experience. We offer a competitive compensation package and opportunities for growth and development within our company.
