About the Role

We're looking for a skilled Nurse Practitioner to work closely with our post-acute therapy team to optimize rehabilitative outcomes and promote patient independence. As a Physiatry Clinician, you'll work exclusively at a designated SNF or post-acute rehab center, treating patients with a range of conditions, including CVA, progressive neurological conditions, and postoperative orthopedic surgeries.

Requirements
  • Nurse Practitioner/APRN/Physician Assistant License
  • Maine License
  • Ability to work in the U.S.
  • Experience in post-acute space preferred
