Job Description:
Pilot Flying J seeks highly skilled Restaurant General Managers to oversee high-volume, quick service restaurants. Successful candidates must be willing to relocate.
As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for the financial and operational performance of the restaurant, ensuring excellent hospitality and guest service, creating a positive work environment for team members, implementing HR decisions, and performing P&L analysis. You will also control inventory and manage staff.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional team leadership and customer service skills, integrity, and accountability at the managerial level. Salary: Up to $80,000.00 per year.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery, or service industry with financial responsibility
* Previous management proficiency in high-volume retail with P&L accountability
* Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
