Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Team Member to join our team at The Willows at Bellevue. As a Housekeeping Team Member, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our residents' living spaces.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all residents' rooms and common areas are clean and tidy, adhering to high standards of hygiene and safety.
  • Honor residents' right to privacy and confidentiality at all times.
  • Report any safety hazards or concerns to management immediately.
  • Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required to prevent injury or exposure to hazardous materials.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve a clean and organized environment that promotes resident well-being.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects, and stand for long periods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
