Position Summary:
We are in search of a driven and meticulous Operational Analyst I. The ideal candidate will possess a Top Secret clearance with a current Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph. In this role, you will be essential in evaluating organizational procedures, improving operational effectiveness, and offering insights that facilitate informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Evaluation: Gather, assess, and interpret intricate data to uncover patterns, inefficiencies, and potential enhancements within organizational operations.
  • Workflow Optimization: Formulate and propose strategies for refining processes, resource distribution, and performance indicators.
  • Documentation Preparation: Create comprehensive reports and presentations to convey findings, insights, and suggestions to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Work alongside cross-functional teams to collect information, verify data, and ensure that proposed solutions align with organizational objectives.
  • Regulatory Adherence: Confirm that all analyses and suggestions comply with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Confidential Information Management: Manage sensitive and classified data with the highest level of discretion and in accordance with clearance requirements.
  • Project Assistance: Support the planning, execution, and oversight of projects to guarantee timely and successful outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related discipline preferred.
  • Clearance: Active Top Secret clearance with a current Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph is essential.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in operational analysis, process enhancement, or a related field.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
    • Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
    • Strong organizational capabilities with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, PMP) are advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a secure, classified setting.
  • Familiarity with government contracting processes and regulations.
  • Proven track record in successfully implementing process enhancements.

Additional Information:

  • Work Environment: This position necessitates on-site work within a secure facility. Occasional travel may be required.
  • Security Requirements: Candidates selected will undergo a government security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information.
