Reliability Engineer

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Conduct reliability testing of new and existing products
* Audit finished products using our Reliability Lab equipment and facilities
* Perform testing and failure analysis of customer returned products and field failures
* Assist in the general maintenance and improvements of our Reliability Lab equipment and facilities
* Record and interpret test data on parts, assemblies, and mechanisms
* Support setup and operation of test equipment, data collection and analysis

**Requirements:**

* Two-year Associate's Degree or Technical Certificate in a related field
* 1+ year of relevant experience
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to understand and apply a variety of electronic and mechanical instruments
* Good hands-on skills with mechanical and/or electrical aptitude
* Ability to learn and apply new information or skills
