Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our general contracting team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of light industrial projects throughout the Chicagoland area.

Responsibilities include managing overall project administration, leading estimating and take-offs, directly managing subcontracts and bid requests, and overseeing project buyouts within designated time frames. Additionally, you will review project submittals for conformance to contract documents from subcontractors and develop and maintain site logistics plans.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require 5+ years of experience in the construction industry, OSHA 30 certification, and a technical degree level education in construction or related field. You should also possess strong verbal and written communication skills.

Benefits
As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive base salary of $100,000 - $130,000 depending on experience, performance-based bonus, annual salary increase, and access to a range of benefits including health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance, 401(k) plan with company match and immediate vesting, and Health Savings Account (HSA) option with $1,000 annual employer contribution.
