Job Summary

Supplemental Health Care is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Gallipolis, Ohio. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and services in a supported living center setting.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide speech-language pathology services to patients in a supported living center setting.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop goals for treatment.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Ohio Speech-language Pathology - Ccc License
  • AHA BLS
  • 1 year of experience as a Speech-language Pathology - Ccc
  • SLP experience preferred
