Sales BDC Representative

Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming sales calls and schedule appointments.
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, text, and email.
- Maintain excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and dealership departments.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume call center preferred.
- Friendly and positive attitude required.
- Ability to multi-task, follow directions, and work under pressure.
