We are seeking a skilled Hospitality Professional to join our team as a Food and Beverage Server at The Westin Detroit Metropolitan Airport. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to provide exceptional service to our guests while working in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

  • Serve food courses and beverages to guests with a focus on excellent customer service.
  • Set tables according to event type and service standards, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen staff regarding menu questions, wait times, and product availability.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Process payments accurately and ensure seamless transactions.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in a related role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
  • Familiarity with MICROS system or similar technology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
