Job Summary:- Provides professional nursing care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced ICU environment.
- Collaborates with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administers medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitors patients' vital signs and responds to changes in their condition.
- Communicates effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Current RN license in the state of Idaho.
- Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- ACLS/PALS certification within 6 months of hire.
- Ability to work night shifts and flexible schedules.
