Collision Estimator Job Description

**Overview**

At Toyota Certified at Capital Plaza Collision Center, we're part of Group 1 Automotive, a leader in automotive retail. We're seeking a skilled Collision Estimator to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles to assess repair needs
* Prepare detailed repair estimates, considering parts and labor costs
* Collaborate with customers, insurance agents, and internal teams to explain estimates and repair processes
* Maintain accurate records of repair orders, updates, and related communications
* Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure efficient and high-quality repairs

**Requirements**

* At least 5 years of experience as a Collision Estimator
* Proficiency in estimating software and familiarity with industry-specific tools
* Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
