Job Summary

Pediatrix Medical Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Richmond, VA. This is a unique opportunity to work with a highly specialized and often critical care services team in one of the largest neonatology practices in the mid-Atlantic.

Responsibilities

As a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner with Pediatrix, you will be responsible for providing coordinated, compassionate, and clinically excellent services to women, babies, and children across the continuum of care. This includes neonatal intensive care, normal newborn nursery, labor and delivery room, transport team coverage, and NICU follow-up clinic services. You will also be encouraged to actively participate in quality improvement, outreach, and education activities.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of a Master's Degree in Nursing and current APRN national specialty certification. You should also have a minimum of a master's degree and experience in NICU settings.
