The Judge Group is seeking a skilled contract nurse for a Med Surg / Telemetry position in Montrose, Pennsylvania.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in a Med Surg / Telemetry setting
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
- Participate in charge nurse responsibilities, including leadership and delegation
- Current RN licensure in Pennsylvania
- Experience in Med Surg / Telemetry nursing
- Charge nurse experience preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour evening shifts
- Comfortable with running drips, including insulin and Cardizem
- Experience with foley catheter insertion, subcutaneous insulin administration, potassium runs, and cardiac monitoring
