Job SummaryWe are seeking a passionate and dedicated Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our growing team. As a Physical Therapist with Tender Touch Rehab Services, LLC, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of professionals who are committed to delivering high-quality rehabilitation services.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop treatment plans to meet the needs of patients.
- Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions to patients, including modalities and exercises.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
- Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., Doctorate, MA, or MS in Physical Therapy recognized by the APTA.
- Current license and/or registration as a Physical Therapist in-state as applicable.
- Competitive hourly rate: $42.00 - $50.00
