Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Develop and maintain a safe and supportive environment for residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
- Collaborate with the care team to create personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Assist residents with recreational activities, promoting socialization and engagement.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge in nursing care.
- Certified Nursing Assistant certificate or currently enrolled in a program.
- Prior CNA or caregiving experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
