Breast Health Nurse Practitioner Position in Coastal Connecticut

We are seeking a skilled Breast Health Nurse Practitioner to join our team at a not-for-profit magnet hospital in Coastal Connecticut. As a key member of our cancer care team, you will provide high-quality care to patients diagnosed or undergoing diagnosis for breast cancer.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive care for patients with breast disease/cancer, including evaluation, treatment, and follow-up.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and medical assistants to ensure seamless patient care.
- Support patients undergoing breast evaluation, treatment, and surveillance.
- Evaluate and manage patients with breast disease/cancer, including non-operative clinic-based care.
- No inpatient responsibilities or operating room expectations.
