Job Description:

The Talent Management Specialist will be entrusted with the responsibility of data entry and maintenance within University HR systems. This role encompasses the handling of data intake, meticulous record maintenance, and active participation in the recruitment process of new employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Management: Collaborates with various teams to receive, verify, and enter relevant employment source data.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist in recruitment processes from start to finish, pre-screening job candidates and resumes.
  • Background Checks: Initiates background checks, writing and posting job openings, and communicating with candidates and staff about logistics for interviews.
  • Special Projects: Works alongside both Talent Services and Total Rewards to assist with any job description work or other HR special projects as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in recruitment, depending on the role.
  • Skills: Demonstrated experience in providing administrative support within a professional office setting. Proficient communicator, consistently delivering clear and meaningful information, actively listening, and ensuring comprehension among all parties.
