Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Trainer to enhance our dynamic Operations Team, which is expanding in alignment with our Talent Strategy and ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine training materials and sessions, taking full ownership of the content.
  • Communicate any software or hardware challenges to the appropriate personnel and department heads.
  • Ensure comprehensive skill development for each game is delivered to trainees.
  • Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of the training and recruitment initiatives.
  • Stay informed about procedural changes and evaluate their effects on the training program.
  • Report any attendance issues or schedule modifications to management.
  • Participate in meetings and retraining sessions to continuously elevate work quality.
  • Commit to completing responsibilities during and outside of scheduled hours.
  • Arrive punctually and in appropriate attire for the designated workplace.
  • Notify management of any team member's failure to meet company standards or legal requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to all procedural, legal, and disciplinary protocols by trainees.
  • Follow reasonable requests from the company that align with business needs.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and adhere to internal processes.
  • Organize and schedule new training cohorts.
  • Supervise trainees during practical training sessions.
  • Assess trainee performance during examinations.
  • Complete training documentation and reports accurately.
  • Facilitate retraining sessions for existing employees to enhance work quality.
  • Work closely with the Uniform Specialist regarding uniform management.
  • Cross-train with Floor Operations to ensure readiness for supervisory roles as needed.
  • Undertake additional duties and projects as assigned by management that align with this role.
  • Provide coverage for team members during absences, ensuring continuity of operations.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
  • Prior experience as a Game Presenter is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with various game types offered.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including Swing and Owl shifts.
  • Exemplary professional appearance and demeanor in a business context.
