Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team at AccentCare, Inc. as a PRN (as needed) employee. As a Home Health Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our clients in their homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and functional abilities to develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Implement and modify treatment plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes and progress.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Provide education and training to patients and their families on proper use of equipment and techniques to promote independence and safety.
  • Document patient progress and outcomes accurately and thoroughly.
Requirements
  • Associate degree from an accredited school of Occupational Therapy.
  • Valid license, registration, certification, or permit to practice in the states of agency operation.
  • Must be a licensed driver who can travel to all business locations.
  • Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role.
