Job Overview

PXP Solutions LLC is seeking a dedicated Textile Embroidery Specialist to join our team in a full-time capacity on the 2nd shift. The working hours will be from 2:30 PM to 11 PM, Monday through Friday. In this position, the Textile Embroidery Specialist will be tasked with operating advanced embroidery machinery and executing all tasks associated with the embellishment of garments. Attention to detail and proficiency with computer systems are essential, as this role involves creating personalized and precise embroidered products for our clientele.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Streamline daily workflow to enhance embroidery production efficiency;
  • Attach hoops to garments and ensure correct alignment;
  • Identify the appropriate logo for embroidery by reviewing job tickets;
  • Input logo designs into the embroidery machine utilizing our proprietary software;
  • Inspect completed embroidered garments (while still hooped) to ensure quality standards;
  • Collaborate with supervisors to troubleshoot any machine-related issues;
  • Conduct routine maintenance on embroidery machines;
  • Manage inventory of threads and backing materials at the workstation;
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent;
  • Basic computer skills are required;
  • Exceptional attention to detail;
  • Ability to maintain focus and concentration;
  • Knowledge of fabric types and their properties is preferred but not mandatory;
  • Experience operating Tajima Embroidery Machines is essential;
  • Capability to lift up to 20 lbs without assistance;
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively;
