Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Keyholder to join our team. As a Keyholder, you will be responsible for:

  • Driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction through effective leadership and training
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment that reflects our brand standards
  • Monitoring sales floor performance, replenishing stock as needed, and ensuring high inventory integrity
  • Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and improve customer engagement
Requirements

We're seeking individuals with:

  • 2+ years of retail management experience, preferably in the fashion/apparel industry
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new systems and processes
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
