Registered Nurse (RN) - PACU

Cleveland Clinic's South Pointe Hospital is a leading healthcare organization that offers a unique opportunity for Registered Nurses (RNs) to work in a dynamic and patient-centered environment. As a PACU Registered Nurse, you will be part of a team that provides top-quality care to patients undergoing various surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct nursing care to patients in the pre- and post-anesthesia care units.
  • Implement and monitor patient care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Monitor, record, and communicate patients' conditions to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Note and carry out physician and nursing orders to ensure timely and effective care.
  • Assess and coordinate patients' discharge needs to ensure a smooth transition to home or further care.

Requirements:

  • Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing.
  • Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).
  • Two years of recent nursing experience, with consideration given to military RN experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
