As a Senior Living Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with a multi-disciplinary team in our assisted living facilities (ALFs) and skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) to provide high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help residents achieve their full potential
  • Collaborate with our seasoned team of clinicians to provide comprehensive care and support
  • Utilize evidence-based practices and protocols to ensure the highest levels of patient outcomes

Requirements

  • Graduate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
  • Licensure in the State of Iowa or in process of application
  • CPR certification
