**Job Summary**

At Labor Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled Dietitian Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will be responsible for providing optimal medical nutrition therapy to patients, individuals, or groups through comprehensive nutrition assessment and counseling for disease management, treatment, and/or prevention.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Define nutritional status and make recommendations for patients, individuals, or groups.
  • Implement nutrition interventions to promote healthy eating habits and disease management.
  • Conduct detailed interviews to assist with nutrition planning and diagnosis of protein-calorie malnutrition.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure proper compliance with consults and screenings.
  • Complete physical exams and provide detailed reports.

**Requirements:**

  • At least 2 years of experience in a hospital setting.
  • Proper licensure as a Registered Dietitian through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and licensure through the State of Florida.
  • A graduate degree, including a master's degree, practice doctorate, or doctoral degree (e.g., PhD, EdD, or DSc), is required for those not initially credentialed by a certain date.
  • Other duties as assigned by the regional supervisor dietitian.
