As a Custodial Associate, your responsibilities will include:
... performing a variety of light cleaning tasks to maintain a vibrant community. You will uphold cleanliness and safety standards by adhering to established cleaning schedules for resident laundry, apartments, dining areas, living spaces, bathrooms, and kitchens.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize resident apartments, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, elevators, stairways, and other communal areas.
- Ensure floors and carpets are maintained through sweeping, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, shampooing, and disinfecting as necessary.
- Follow safety protocols, including the proper use of caution and safety signs to ensure the safety of residents and visitors.
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (iADLs) in accordance with individual care plans.
- Serve meals to residents in the dining room or their apartments.
- Document and report any changes in residents' physical conditions and behaviors to the community leadership team as per Enlivant policies.
- Collaborate with the Life Enrichment Coordinator to facilitate scheduled resident activities.
- Perform general housekeeping and resident laundry tasks.
- Take residents' vital signs when appropriate.
- Build meaningful relationships with residents through daily interactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas and carts.
- Complete other assigned duties as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in housekeeping as a maid, room attendant, house cleaner, or custodian.
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience working with individuals diagnosed with dementia or Alzheimer's disease.

Compensation:
Pay range is $12.50 - $15 per hour, based on experience.
