Job Summary

The Home and Community-Based Services Aide is a vital role that provides support and assistance with personal hygiene and household functions, enabling individuals to remain in their own homes.

Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and oral care.
  • Provide essential household tasks directly related to clients' personal care.
  • Report observations of the client's condition to the agency director or accounts manager.
  • Ensure safe transportation and comply with traffic regulations when business travel is required.
Requirements

We seek candidates with six months of home care experience and successful completion of a competency evaluation.

  • Current CPR certification is mandatory.
  • A reliable vehicle, driver's license, and vehicle insurance are also required.
