1Health Solutions LLC is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.
Job Summary:The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, assessing patient needs, and developing and implementing individualized care plans. You will work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing diagnostic tests, and providing therapeutic treatments
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery and achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
- Provide education and support to patients and families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions
- Act as a clinical leader and mentor to other nursing staff, providing guidance and expertise to ensure high-quality patient care
- Current RN licensure in the state of South Carolina
- Minimum 2 years of experience in ambulatory care nursing
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team
The Registered Nurse will work in a fast-paced ambulatory care setting, providing care to patients with a variety of medical conditions. The work environment is dynamic and requires flexibility and adaptability.
