Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced CDL driver to join our team at Breakthru Beverage Group. As a member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering pre-sold products from our Distribution Center to customer locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Interact with customers daily to manually unload/deliver products, providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Delivery Operations: Operate a vehicle and deliver assigned orders of wine, spirits, beer, and other beverages to accounts in a safe and responsible manner, complying with federal mandated laws.
  • Logistics and Administration: Collect payment from customers, reconcile assigned loads with receipts and delivery invoices, and maintain accurate records of sales and delivery.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure the company and yourself remain compliant with all applicable federal mandated laws and requirements for a DOT driver, maintain records by completing DOT driver log, and perform duties in a safe manner by following established safety rules and regulations.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Possess a valid driver's license, CDL (Class A or B commercial license), and a minimum of 1 year of experience in a related area.
  • Skills: Demonstrate good communication skills, ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail, and meet deadlines.
  • Physical Demands: Regularly lift 45-65 lbs, bend, and squat.
Competencies
  • Accountability: Accountable for meeting own targets, work is reviewed periodically.
  • Problem-Solving: Problems encountered will be defined, repetitive, and routine with a solution readily available.
