Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cafe Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Cafe Associate, you will be responsible for preparing and serving food, maintaining a clean and sanitized environment, and providing excellent customer service to our members.

Key Responsibilities

• Food Preparation: Prepare food according to item specifications, adhering to food safety standards and sanitation guidelines.
• Customer Service: Provide fast and friendly service to our members, answering their questions and resolving any issues they may have.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, including maintaining up-to-date knowledge of product specifications and communicating effectively with the team.
• Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensuring that shelves are clean and stocked with fresh products.
• Equipment Maintenance: Operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment to ensure a clean and safe environment.

Requirements

• Food Service Experience: Previous experience in food service is preferred, but not required.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
• Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move quickly in a fast-paced environment.
