Position Overview
Provider Solutions & Development is seeking a qualified Hematology/Oncology Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to enhance their esteemed team, which includes experienced HemOnc physicians and APPs. This role features a Monday to Friday work schedule, promoting a balanced lifestyle with a 4-day work week and an administrative day. The ideal candidate should possess strong autonomous practice skills and work effectively alongside medical assistants, nurse navigators, and infusion center schedulers. A minimum of 2 years of APP experience in Hematology/Oncology or a robust nursing background is essential. While not mandatory, experience with bone marrow biopsies and aspirations is advantageous. Providers typically manage 8-10 patients daily, with the potential to increase to 10-15 at full capacity. This position offers opportunities for professional growth without on-call responsibilities, ensuring dedicated time slots for both new and follow-up patients, thereby fostering a satisfying work-life balance.
