- Organize and distribute child snacks, cleaning up afterwards.
- Change diapers while prioritizing the safety and comfort of the child.
- Help children maintain good hygiene practices.
- Clean and disinfect items used during the shift.
- Work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues, children, parents, and ministry coordinators.
- Be flexible and adapt to changing circumstances, handling multiple tasks and moderate levels of stress.
This role requires working specific weekdays, often in the mornings, with occasional weekend shifts. Shifts typically last 2-3 hours.
Mental and Physical DemandsThis position demands the ability to sit, stand, bend, stoop, reach, grab, lift (up to 30 lbs), carry, hear, see, and speak on a daily basis. You must also maintain composure in a noisy setting and avoid displaying inappropriate anger.
