We are seeking a skilled Grill Cook to join our team at CAVA - Coastal N Town Center. As a Grill Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food for our guests, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook food to order, adhering to CAVA's quality and safety standards
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to safety and sanitation procedures
- Restock cook stations and ensure adequate inventory levels
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and efficient food preparation
- 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
