About This OpportunityWe are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Associate - Motorcycle Department. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers find their perfect Harley-Davidson motorcycle. As a sales professional, you will welcome customers into the dealership, assist them in selecting the perfect bike, and manage transactions from start to finish to ensure a positive purchase experience.

This is a full-time position, with a commission-based salary and extensive benefits. Our team is dedicated to helping you succeed in this role, providing comprehensive training to enhance your sales skills and knowledge of Harley-Davidson products.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Welcome customers into the dealership and engage them in conversations about their motorcycle needs
  2. Assist customers in selecting the perfect Harley-Davidson to fit their needs
  3. Manage transactions from start to finish, ensuring a positive purchase experience
  4. Utilize CRM system to manage daily workload and track customer interactions
Requirements
  • Motorcycle License Endorsement or ability to obtain one within 6 months
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
