Radiopharmaceutical Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Nuclear Medicine Technician to join our team at Texas Transplant Physician Group. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for performing all Nuclear Medicine procedures according to established policies and procedures, methods, and standards to provide quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Perform all aspects of radiopharmaceutical preparation for scintigraphy, bioassay, and therapeutic procedures and dispose of radioactive trash according to department policy and Nuclear Regulatory Commission standards.
- Perform imaging and therapeutic procedures according to requirements.
- Perform non-clinical activities pertinent to equipment maintenance and NRC regulations for Quality Control and radiation monitoring.
- Maintain appropriate supplies and a clean, organized work environment.
- Participate in continuing education activities to expand/enhance knowledge of Nuclear Medicine.
- Graduate of accredited school of Nuclear Medicine.
- Experience in Nuclear Medicine (may include experience in formal NM formal training program).
- Prefer three years' experience in nuclear medicine department.
- Registered by American Registry of Radiologic Technologists or Certified Nuclear Medical Technologist.
