Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients with various medical conditions, including those requiring critical care and emergency services.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patient needs, preferences, and cultural backgrounds.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Washington.
- ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP, CHEMO, EFM, and Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency certifications.
- IV Certification and Management of Assaultive Behavior (MAB) certification.
- NIH Stroke Certification.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Work in a Level II Trauma Center and Level II Pediatric Trauma Center.
- Float between units as needed.
- Weekends usually every other.
- No block schedules required.
- Expected patient ratios 1:4-5.
- Aya I9 and E-Verify Attestations Required.
- Government-Issued Photo ID documentation necessary.
- Required for WA State OBRA search for CNAs at SNFs in WA ONLY.
- Types of Facility include: Short Term Acute Care, Level II Trauma Center, Level II Pediatric Trauma Center.
- Total Staffed Beds: 629.
- Teaching Hospital.
- Scrub Color: not specified but separate colors for different roles.
- Parking Cost: No Fee.
