PNC Financial Services Group is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Part-time Teller to join our Retail Branch organization. As a Part-time Teller, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service, processing high-volume customer banking transactions, and educating customers on new technology and banking products.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial well-being and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet.
- Process a variety of customer interactions, including transactions, account openings, and loan applications.
- Educate customers on alternatives available for their financial interactions and identify banking opportunities during customer interactions.
- Identify opportunities through meaningful conversations with customers and make appropriate referrals to branch staff or PNC ecosystem partners.
- Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs.
- Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems and adhere to all policies and procedures.
- Customer-focused with knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions.
- Ability to assess and effectively manage all risks associated with business objectives and activities to ensure adherence to PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
