Bilingual School Psychologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced School Psychologist to join our team at Anchor Counseling & Education Solutions, LLC. As a key member of our multidisciplinary assessment team, you will conduct evaluations for students enrolled in K-12 educational settings, providing critical support to help students succeed.
Responsibilities- Conduct individual evaluations of students, including general education, special education, non-public school, and district-approved charter school students.
- Prepare written reports identifying specific evaluation results, eligibility for special education services, and identifying specific strengths and weaknesses of students, and how they relate to the academic setting.
- Assist in the development of Individualized Education Plans (IEP) relative to specific student needs.
- Consult and collaborate with school personnel, including interpretation of Individualized Education Plans (IEP), program placement, manifestation, behavioral interventions, discipline concerns, and other services.
- Collaborate with school site administration personnel to provide crisis intervention services.
- Perform a variety of functions, including logs/calendars, to document and ensure compliance with Federal and State Special Education Program legal mandates.
- Must possess a California Pupil Personnel Services Credential, with School Psychology authorization.
- Knowledge and proper administration of psychological and educational assessment instruments, including scoring, and interpretation.
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations pertaining to identification and placement of special education students.
- Ability to perform a variety of specialized and responsible tasks; develop records, establish, and maintain cooperative working relationships with students, parents, and other school personnel.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals and groups within an ethnically and culturally diverse community.
- Experience in consultation and in-service training within the public-school setting.
- Demonstrated success in time management and preparing effective verbal and written communications.
- Must possess a valid California Driver's License.
- Bilingual communication skills desired.

• Minimum 15-20 hours per week availability during school hours (required)
• $75 hourly
• Evaluations - $650 plus mileage
