About the Job:
  • We are seeking a skilled Remote Outpatient Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant to join our team in Maryland, responsible for diagnosing, managing, and treating patients with various mental health conditions.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent written and oral communication skills, be proficient in EMR/e-prescribing systems, and possess a non-judgmental approach towards patients with psychiatric needs.
  • Responsibilities include providing initial assessments, ongoing medication management, and treating a range of mental illnesses.

What We Offer:
  • A competitive estimated salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
  • A W2 employed position with market-leading compensation and great benefits, including medical, vision, dental insurance, 401(k) with matching, HSA, generous PTO, CME/CEU, holidays, and sick time.
  • A Monday-to-Friday work schedule with no weekends or on-call requirements.
  • 100% employer-paid malpractice coverage with no tail coverage required.
