As an Independent Optometrist leasing space inside our Walmart stores, you will take a leading role in patient care with respect to eye and vision care as well as general health and well-being.

With autonomy to establish your days of practice, hours of operation, patient schedule, and fee schedule, you will have the freedom to manage your practice as you see fit.

Additionally, you will have the option to opt into equipment/instrumentation and administrative and/or Opt-Tech support services for a fair market value.

To be eligible for a lease agreement, you must have a Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited optometry school, a valid state optometry license, and Ophthalmologist (MD or DO) from an accredited school, a valid state ophthalmology license, a General Liability Certificate, a Professional Liability Insurance Certificate, and a W-9.
