Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and evaluating patient care needs related to functional status/mobility, endurance/stamina, pain and other medical conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients' functional status and physical therapy needs
- Assist physicians in developing therapy plans of care
- Treat patients to relieve pain, develop and restore function, and maintain maximum functioning using acceptable standards of practice
- Inform patients, family members, and healthcare teams about treatment plans, progress, and limitations
Requirements:
- CURRENT licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of California
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance
