Claims Adjuster

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Claims Representative to join our team at Cincinnati Insurance Company, Inc. As a Claims Representative, you will be responsible for investigating and evaluating multi-line insurance claims through personal contact to ensure accurate settlements. Your duties will include conducting thorough claim investigations, interviewing insureds, claimants, and witnesses, consulting police and hospital records, evaluating claim facts and policy coverage, inspecting property and auto damages, and providing superior customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough claim investigations to ensure accurate settlements
• Interview insureds, claimants, and witnesses to gather information
• Consult police and hospital records to verify claim facts
• Evaluate claim facts and policy coverage to determine liability
• Inspect property and auto damages to assess extent of loss
• Provide superior customer service to policyholders and claimants
• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to resolve claims
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes
• Meet productivity and quality standards

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
