Cardiac Cath Lab Specialist in Port Saint Lucie

Cynet Health is currently seeking a skilled Cardiac Cath Lab Specialist to join our team in Port Saint Lucie, FL. This 13-week assignment offers an exciting opportunity to work as a Scrub Technologist specializing in the Cath Lab, with additional knowledge in Interventional Radiology/Vascular or Neuro.
This role requires experience in at least two of the following modalities: Cardiac Cath, Interventional Radiology, Vascular, or Neuro. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in Cardiac Cath and expertise in one or more of these areas. In addition, they should be comfortable floating to three additional hospitals within a 20-mile radius.
As a valued member of our team, you will participate in a comprehensive 16-hour orientation program focusing on EKG and pharmacy testing. You will also receive study materials to support your success. Our facility is smoke-free, and all travelers must be nicotine-free with no exceptions. A negative 10-panel plus nicotine drug screen is required prior to start.
We offer a competitive salary for this position, estimated to be around $85-$95 per hour based on industry standards. With a guaranteed minimum of 40 hours per week for 8/10-hour shifts, you can expect a decent income while working with us. Please note that call requirements will be based on the needs of the unit and discussed with the Nursing Manager. All requested time off must be included upfront, as any additional requests are unlikely to be approved later.
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- A minimum of 18 months of experience in a Cath Lab setting
- Current ARRT certification, along with AHA ACLS and BLS certifications
- RCIS certification is preferred but not mandatory
- No license issues or history of disciplinary actions
- COVID-19 and flu vaccines are required, with exemptions only for medical or religious reasons
