Job Responsibilities
  • Must reside more than 100 miles from the facility to qualify.
  • Position involves working in the Emergency Department.
  • Shifts include 3x12's during Mids or Nights, with weekend and holiday rotations.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Emergency Department.
  • Prior travel nursing experience is highly desirable.
  • Ability to independently read and interpret telemetry.
Schedule Details
  • 3x12's Mids or Nights, with potential variations based on operational needs.
  • Mandatory weekend and holiday shifts.
Unit Information
  • Annual ED visits: 30,000, averaging 85 patients per day.
  • Admits and transfers: 8-10 patients daily.
  • Patient-to-RN ratio: 4:1.
  • Common cases include chest pain and stroke alerts.
  • Scrubs: Navy blue.
  • EMR system utilized: Epic.
