As a Private Duty Nurse RN, you will work one-on-one with our patients, providing personalized care and support to help them achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.
Responsibilities:
- Implement physicians' prescribed plans of care
- Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care
- Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
- Document care provided in our system of record
- Teach and train family members on health promotion and disease prevention
- Communicate effectively with physicians, clients, family members, and staff
Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice
- CPR certification from American Red Cross or American Heart Association
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- 6 months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred
- Reliable transportation
