We are seeking a highly skilled Neonatal ICU Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a related field and possess excellent clinical skills, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized care plans.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patients' needs and preferences
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and services
- Provide education and support to patients and families regarding health status, treatment options, and self-care techniques
Requirements:
- BSN degree from an accredited institution
- Current RN license in the state of employment
- STABLE certification and NRP certification required
