Job Title: Lead Painter

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Lead Painter to join our team. As a Lead Painter, you will be responsible for applying finishes to various substrates and completing production work and creative projects. The ideal candidate will have experience with liquid coatings using HPLV spray equipment and Matthews line of acrylic polyurethane paints and coatings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply liquid coatings using HPLV spray equipment
  • Use Matthews line of acrylic polyurethane paints and coatings
  • Precise application of masking materials
  • Inspection of surfaces before spraying
Requirements
  • Previous automotive experience is preferred
Compensation and Benefits

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 720 Hour(s). You can expect a competitive salary ranging from $65,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive weekly pay, employee benefits including medical, dental & vision, life insurance, health advocacy and employee assistance programs, a 401(k) plan, and employee discounts.
