Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled individual to provide exceptional patient care and support in a home setting.

  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
  • Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.

Requirements:

  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
